In Australia it's not unusual to eat a meat pie washed down with iced coffee for breakfast then in half an hour sprint to the portaloo

I mean I find nothing strange with eating pies, I have no idea what size or type of pie the original image is referring to. Is it a pizza? is it a quiche? Literally, why shouldn't I eat two pies?
