The problem is by ignoring culture war you allow them to proceed in their goals of culture war.

And key parts of their ideals are undermining democracy and genociding those they've deemed undesirable.

And they're gaining ground on both those fronts.

We can't ignore it

IMO fighting culture war on it's own terms with more culture war can amplify and contribute to the downward spiral we find ourselves in today, but getting to the economic basis of the culture war issues and seeing it as the class issue it is, allows both a critical approach and the full dignity of those maligned identities who bare the brunt of the culture war assaults.

Bud Light using drag queen influencer for marketing... a faction on the right overlaps with the product's target market and hates gender non-conformity, Bud Light trots out their progressive corporate values and hiring policies in return. The Teamsters job actions and gay bars who boycotted the product, which forced them in to hiring gender non-conforming individuals? Not a word, the capitalist entity claims the virtue other's forced them in to. The class issue at the root of it is never brought to light, because knowledge of that is a direct conflict with the way the system is supposed to function.
