Currently - FTB skies, i guess it's pretty main stream one. Also would recommend SevTech: Ages(ATLauncher).

I tried sevtech a couple of months ago, I liked the concept but initial impression was that it was a bit grindy. Might give it another try.

What is it that you like about ftb skies? I've heard the name but never checked it out.

Well, it's solid FTB modpack, with cool quest, some custom systems(like their system for trade) and so on. Overall experience is great. FTB modpacks in general are great experience, would recommend any of them.
