This implies that he was coherent at some point.
100% the guy has dementia. I noticed a lot about him that falls into dementia symptoms back in 2016 before the election.

folks just in case this is sic /s its a joke on the song and what he has lost but if I just leave it at the joke someone is going to think I mean trump means freedom or some other idiotic thing. So ugh. hope your happy. joke spoiled. this is not an edit btw im pre spoiling.
