We lowered the legal age for several types of jobs, including overnight shifts, so late middle-schoolers can get into the workforce earlier to help support their family. We're pinching our lower-income families by transitioning away from a progressive income tax system to a flat tax, so they're essentially pressuring this to happen for lower-income families. After their night shift, they can go be indoctrinated in their public voucher-funded private, religious k-12. We also passed some laws forbidding educational discourse on LGBTQ issues in elementary schools. Mike Pence is almost uncomfortable talking to Iowa without his wife present.
