...what?! Which governments are trying to increase unemployment?!?!
Google "The Reserve Army of Labour". Capitalists intentionally want some degree of unemployment to make workers more desperate for lowe wages and easier to replace.
The ones who don't like taxable income, poor and desperate population, crime increase and decrease in the general economy due to less spending. So no-one
The Fed, which is unelected and nonpartisan, has been trying to increase unemployment for a while
