Few simple steps:
I don't know where you live, but I'm in the Bible belt and I've never had to pretend to be Christian for any reason.
Oh you don't HAVE to pretend here but the ones that do are more apt to get jobs, promotions and the Christian ladies who only date pretend Christians.

I don't doubt you had an experience like that but for many of us we were not as lucky. Hey I can't really complain either, I won privilege bingo and no one cares about what I say.
