And any Democrats in Alabama, which is about a third of the population, I suppose you consider to just be collateral damage whose deaths are just a necessary cost?

Also, African Americans are disproportionately concentrated in Southern States.

The highest concentration of black Americans remains in the South, which, as a region, houses 58% of the nation’s black population.
