Ok I give up and accept im an idiot...how the hell do i get aetherflow as a scholar? (self.ffxiv)

I got the guage. ive looked at all my spells. I see the ones that say they USE it..but nothing about gaining. i have to be missing something here.

The ability is called Aetherflow, it restores mp and gives the aetherflow effect (that gives you stacks of aetherflow that other abilities use)
