Wow, they really decided to drop a nerf patch on the meta heroes and items in the middle of DreamLeague. Games later will be interesting.
not terribly surprising considering this isn't a dpc event.
They nerfed CM, that's how you know it's a good patch.

Yeah its crazy, but was needed I think. Game was not really balanced at all...
