I like to find a random park nearby and try to walk to it. Often I don't make it there before I need to head back, but it's really refreshing regardless

Any trails found while driving around- ATV trails, horse trails etc. Conservation parks and areas are a nice location to walk around.

Personally, green spaces or the beach have the most uplifting effect.

If you don't have access to these places consider finding a point of interest on maps and make that your goal
