The former Fox News host has received a cease-and-desist letter from the network following the launch of his new show on Twitter.

I think it’s part of the deal they signed. While he was fired I’m pretty sure he was compensated more than fairly for that exclusivity and for agreeing to not get litigious. Either way there is absolutely no reason to feel sorry for Tucker.
