oh my god that looks like a trip to the ER and a long recovery
I remember a nurse detailing a case like this on AskReddit and it was absolutely gruesome. The recovery is a long road of hell.
And you never truly recover... You will forever have issues because of one stupid ass stunt

Ridiculously dangerous, too. When there's a wound this size, there's a lot of area open to bacteria. It's potentially fatal.
