No, just like how in the usual 'girl boring guy quirky' memes, girls aren't allowed to be quirky.

It’s the usual “boys/girls with a time machine” meme, only this time girls have more reason to be angry at conservatives so it’s flipped.
I know it still seems kinda sexist but I still didn’t find a version that works without mentioning genders so we just have to deal with it.
