From where I sit, it warrants installing Android emulator to play the game.

There's no such option IIRC.

You can hasten the character/party (move the [] to the right on the bar below the horse icon), at the cost of higher exhaustion. You can also buy/acquire a horse, and the fastest ones (Stallion/Arabian) speed up the trip.
