I'm not from Cincinnati, but I spent a few transient months there a while back. I'm NE Ohio born and raised, spent a lot of time in Cleveland and the surrounding neighborhoods and I would definitely never recommend Cleveland over Cincinnati, with the one exception being that Cleveland has a generally better music scene.
Cincinnati has an amazing music scene. Don't forget, there are reasons t swift choose here over other cities in the area.
