A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

Even our sense of time comes from them. The time it takes the Earth to spin on its axis; the Earth to go once around the Sun. On Jupiter, you'd be celebrating your first birthday. It's hard to feel we matter out here, isn't it?
