Trouble at work? New employees?
The team lead got moved on effective immediately. Much scrambling to cover for this
Eeek! My profound sympathies. Been there, it isn't fun at all. However it can be construed as an opportunity to fix a few baked in organisational and/or procedural problems while everyone else is stressing out over that dreadful demon Change.
