Dont believe letting you die will be free
The real answer to this is hospitals would never let a good cash cow die. Hospitals will not refuse treatment just drown you in debt for the rest of your life.

They only care before you're born. After the damage is done to the mother you've fulfilled your purpose.
You cannot die, that would be amoral and unethical.
Instead you must live on with mountains of medical debt, sickly and defeated
Now that’s true patriotism! If only we could saddle our children with this same debt after we die from the failing healthcare system. ‘Merica!
