Heard great things about the game, never played it though.

  1. This game is easily worth full price for the single player alone. You'd be an idiot not to pick it up for $3

  2. The multiplayer is back, like really back, and it slaps just as hard as ever. This is, genuinely, one of my main multiplayer games right now. The fight to the extraction on a loss is one of the most cinematic moments you'll ever get in a PvP gamemode.

Believe the hype on this one.

Well I’ll be damned if I’m gonna let some Internet rando think I’m an idiot.

Too late! 😁

Multiplayer actually working? Been having to use a mod to play, but it's been a while

Servers are back up. No mods needed, you can just log in and play.

Multiplayer is amazing, but everyone seems to be way beyond my skill set at this point

If you can finish the campaign on Master, you'll be pretty decent in multiplayer too in short order. Also can recommend Frontier Defense, it's a multiplayer co-op mode that reinforces good multiplayer skills and allows you to get used to the maps

This was my experience on the Xbox. Absolutely loved the campaign. Could not get a feel for how to survive mp after a few hours. There was a prolonged respawn and die nearly immediately loop. I uninstalled it after I got what I could from the campaign.

The best tip is to focus on killing ai in the Attrition mode, and stay near teammates. But the wave defense mode is fun too, as you level titans they get overpowered upgrades which would be too unbalanced in versus mode.

Apparently there are 9000 people playing on steam right now. That's not bad!

Yeah, player counts have been healthy for the last year. I've never had to queue more than a few seconds for a game in any mode.

The game is absolutely amazing. I bought it for 5 dollars. I suddenly couldn't play it anymore because you still have to deal with some ea bullshit and even refunded these 5 dollars. Game is a 10/10 ea is a 0/10

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago)

Yeah no.

  • EA game should be reason enough not to buy this game.
  • Requires EA launcher
  • Requires EA DRM
  • Requires linked EA account
  • No offline mode, even for single player

You couldn't pay me to play this game. If you buy this game, you forfeit the right to ever complain about this bullshit because you're actively encouraging it.
