He's done chinese-language advertisements for Fast and Furious 9. Remember Bing Chilling? That was him mispronouncing Bing Ji Lin.

He also apologized one time after he referred to Taiwan in mainland media as Taiwan instead of Taipei.

A lot of people are very angry he didn't torpedo his Chinese prospects to do a stunt for Taiwan nationalism.
