It's not really exciting. They were both moderately popular reaction pictures that look funny next to each other.
That's not going back far enough. Their histories diverge, but what was going on in each of them?
No real answers though, because you're probably right about it not being exciting. The cat's probably upset that he had just been asked to leave or at least put a shirt and shoes on.
That information is also easily accessible if you ever want to find out exactly how boring reality is.
