People smoking weed when they want without recrimination? Good. Not being able to stop smoking weed even when you want to? Bad.

This community is for practical discussions about how to stop smoking if you've decided to and support in staying stopped from your fellow leaves. The only requirement for being here is that you have decided it's time to quit for good.

Note I created this community because it didn't exist yet and needed to vent. If anybody wants to take over, be my guest.

I stopped vaping flower in early May and I’m feeling much better as a result. Far less anxiety, more time in the day and clearer thinking in general.

I’m back to a baseline I didn’t think I’d ever have again.

Having dreams again is really good for me.

If you are considering quitting, it’s worth it.

I'm about 1 week out as well after smoking about 2 joints per day on average for 2 years. First few days I felt really good but now I feel like withdrawal is peaking. I feel very strange. Lots of anxiety, loneliness, sadness, extreme sexual arousal (sorry if TMI), fatigue, headaches, chills, hot flashes, etc.

Also really really crazy dreams and higher quality sleep (which is weird since I'm also so fatigued).

Way lower appetite too and I'm wondering of some of these symptoms are due to me not eating as much.

Took the day off of work because I kept making mistakes due to inability to think clearly. Hope this doesn't last too much longer cuz it SUCKS.
