What if the genie yeeted Neptune out of the solar system but with a trajectory bound for earth?

If that were an acceptable term then they'd just destroy the earth every other wish. It's the ultimate table flip answer.

Lorewise, Genies live here, too.

There is no solution to this wish that makes the requester regret it that is also not completely destructive to everything around them.

He specified "out of the solar system", not "through the interior of the solar system".

I'm pretty sure the missing gravity well would cause all sorts of havoc in our solar system.

Them's fighting words, early Einstein. I'm pretty sure if you run the universal gravity equation that the distance and mass of Neptune would have minimal effect when moving away from earth, if any noticeable effect at all.
