As funny as it is, I also feel bad for the guy. This illustrates perfectly why we need a good public transport, to prevent people who don't have what it takes to drive off the road, while not preventing them from visiting their doctors.
Ubers exist. Not ideal, but sure as fuck cheaper than what this chap is going to have to pay now.

Taxi, till his license is given back? you cannot feel bad for this idiot. No license, no driving...it is simple logic
He's an idiot, true, and shouldn't drive at least until a fair assessment says otherwise. I was saying that there should be a better, less costly, and safe transportation for people who can't or don't want to drive to get around.
Totally. the USA is bad for transit, except in major city centers.
