How are they pronounced?

Honestly, go with the epic version.

The English pronunciation would be "her-Q-leez"

For the Greek pronunciation, if I remember what I was told, the long "E" at the end should actually be short; the "R" is mixed with an "L" sound; and the "H" is silent.

Pronounced something like "eee-lrak-aice"
