This Background PDF can provide additional information on how the law and its exceptions came to be. I'm glad that in the final version the exception for password-protected course content was removed. This will require public institutions to make their course content accessible. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard being used to determine if web content is accessible. What are your thoughts on the new rule?
