I made this thread in case someone is looking for any specific replacement for specific reddit subs (or something else) and hopefully someone might be able to chime in with some good suggestions.

I will start. I am trying find replacements for most of subbed subreddits and I am still missing some that I can't seem to find:

etymology maps
europe (there seem to be a few on lemmy but none of the ones I checked out is particularly good)
