Can I follow a kbin magazine from Lemmy? (self.fediverse)

My apologies for the probably stupid question, I’m still trying to get a grip on the interoperability between services in the Fediverse. I have both a kbin and a Lemmy account, still checking which fits me the best. If I’m on one of them, can I follow a magazine when being on Lemmy, or the opposite?

With the the part of the explaitionloint being the magazine and the after the @ being the domain
